One of my only autobiographical works, Process links personal themes of memory and literature to impersonal ideas in philosophy and our place (or mine) in the world. It is not a story told in chronological order, but draws upon recurring thoughts, feelings, and experiences to reach a sense of conclusion. More than making the book about myself, I hope that other readers find the imagery reminiscent of their own lives, and the selections of literature relatable and inspiring.
